Are you looking to really maximise your training time? Need to take the guess work out of your training and apply some real science? The VO2 Master can be used in numerous ways to ensure you are going to achieve optimal performance for your competition day, whatever your sport!

Rather than guess your training zones, use the built in step test profile in the app to undertake regular VO2max testing, without the need to visit a sports laboratory. The simple to follow process will give you a clear track on how your fitness is changing, and will give you personalised training zones to ensure you are always operating at peak efficiency.

The RMR (resting metabolic rate) assessment will allow you to accurately calculate the calories you need to keep you body in perfect condition for the training you are undertaking. Thereby allowing for enhanced recovery and reduced risk of illness or injury.

The free-mode will allow you to asses the impact of changes of apparatus or technique on performance and efficiency, or track fitness changes during activity in a way you have never been able to do previously. Being able to easily, conveniently and accurately track your physiology on a day-by-day, week-by-week, and month-by-month basis you will be alerted to small changes in performance, and modify your training regimen to ensure you are always in peak condition for the event you participate in.
